Tough Mudder, Tough Races Cap Off Team’s June Events

June 24, 2023

BATANGAS, PHILIPPINES - Several members of the AIA Vitality Sports team got down and dirty, and a couple more racers logged serious mileage in many events around the country on the last weekend of June 2023.

A Vitalified Spartans contingent conquered together the Tough Mudder course at the Sunchamp Agri-Tourism Park in Rosario, Batangas on Saturday, June 24. They made a mad dash through the 5-kilometer team effort mud run, specially designed to be dirty, tough… and shocking.

The course included “earthy” obstacles like Mud Mile and Kiss of Mud, treacherous climbs like Mudderhorn and the Block Ness Monster, lots of slips and dips and slides, as well as the shudder-inducing Electroshock Therapy. (Reviews are quite buzzing, we were told).

The Tough Mudder race was first brought to the Philippines in 2018.
