His biggest year to date was when he went all out to compete for the 2022 Spartan Southeast Asia Regional series at Malaysia, Vietnam, and Thailand, including the Philippines. He secured an impressive 3rd place in his Age Group at the end of the SEA series and replicated the success during the 2022 Spartan Asia Pacific Championships held in Phuket, Thailand.

Inspired by his achievements, he embarked on a coaching journey and began training athletes since December of the previous year. It brought him a unique sense of satisfaction to witness his athletes improve and grow stronger under his coaching program.
