The past couple of years have been years of transformation as I worked on shedding of a few pounds by living a more active and healthier lifestyle. I started working out, eating healthier, and getting into various sports. This year, I started getting into running more seriously by joining road run events, and doing mileage training more often. And since then, I’ve tried to hit and achieved my PR every race, in fact finally hitting my 10k Sub1 target recently - completing a 10km run in less than an hour that is.
